Procedurally generated landscape flyby demo with impressive graphics and audio, and oh yeah — a total size of four kilobytes! Absolutely. Nice 4k intro on the video but I didn’t manage to run it. I put the d3d9_dll in the intro’s dir but nothing to do. Maybe an issue with the latest. elevated by Rgba & TBC 4k intro (FullHD p demoscene demo) · 73 – You can see the demo at. One of the all-time greats.
Rgbx give it a try. This is all done in 4 kilobytes. Like Mojo Dreams taken to whole new levels! I remember how I bored all the non scener people at my birthday party to death trying to wlevated what bytes are and why this is cool! Craw Productions – Infinity [60fps] 3 – They use the directx 9 dll’s which handle pretty much all the rendering.
I like this so much I’m leaving another comment here. A rng can be very small, but produce giant inconpressable files. That’s not fucking possible except it’s like, right there.

At first I thought 4k referred to the resolution because of televisions and not recency bias but something similar.
I dropped out of the scene inso for me this is the most interesting thing Ive seen since then. Brilliant, but ran pretty slow here, probably the motion blur Oh thumb up vergessen vor lauter Demut!
I’d even call this pretty amazing if it were 64K, but 4K I am still amazed by its simplicity and its beauty as a by-product of it. The blur really tricks the brain into thinking it’s CGI, if the quality didn’t do so already. Just to add, didn’t even have to use Compatibility mode, just runs perfectly as is!
Where can I get this song? This is fucking crazy. And it runs very smooth even on old hardware! If I remember correctly it depends on the productions popularity and the number of thumb-ups. I love generated landscapes, especially when they’re of this quality.
On the other hand, the overhype virus is clearly on the run here: This made me to change my mind once and for all. In DX shaders are compiled offline into compact bytecode blobs that are provided to the driver.
What all of you up thumbers said. Just the elefated is missing Welcome to the world of computer graphics.
Amazing, just blow my mind. How was BP at the time?! This program is only bytes.
Where are the greets to synesthetics? I lost my words!
My jaw quite literally dropped when I first saw this. I’m pretty sure people will still remind Elevated in 10 years.
What I said originally still stands as the only useful response I could give. The only libraries it accesses are Direct3D 9 and DirectSound. I’d never thought stuff like that would be possible in 4k! Brilliant work, I was hoping for a multipart intro – but that’s just because they keep breaking the barrier each time: I’m happy for you! Looks like a real video ekevated 4kb!!
Demoscene 4k-Intro: Elevated by RGBA and TBC
This is the go to demo for me when I try to introduce people into the demoscene. I found myself thinkning “it’s nice but they need a few more effects” then I remembered that it’s a 4k. Now add some animals, plants and make a 64k from it: My faith in PC-scene is at least partially restored. I guess I like such so-called cheesy musics. Even the soundtrack that felt first bit too cheerful, has grown on me during the time – perhaps Jarresque chord progression has something to do with it
